Friends
We have a lot of friends, so this section is going to take a while
to flesh out.

This webcomic from Christopher J. Paulsen revolves "around four
children who might just be a tad too smart for their own good."
It's based largely on the author's own childhood, although we
suspect the people in Paulsen's life actually had less fur at the
time. Like us, he'll take readers into time warps, presenting
stories out of strict order because that's just how they happen to
get told, and when it's done right, that's something we like to
see.

As we
partially reported previously, Peter at http://www.friedfishcomics.com
ran a "Name the New Critter" contest to name a new character he
was about to introduce in his webcomic,
Fried Fishd, a fish from another world. Papa Llama
suggested two names, both inspired by the eponymous Don Knotts
character from the film The Incredible Mr. Limpett, and
Peter went with both names, using one to name the creature and the
other to names its home planet. So check out everything that
happens with that blue-and-yellow cyberfish.

Marcus Jeffrey follows Rocket Llama and we follow
Spartachick. Just as our man Alex first created R.L. as a
doodle during a dull class, Marcus and his co-creator Chris
Brideau got into some brainstorming sessions while coping with
some three-hour-long Medieval History lectures, out of which
sprang the tales of their brave bird Tarquinius.

Objects of Amusement follows "the twisted adventures of the
Industrial/Rock band known and the Gas House Gorillas." Some of
the time. Plenty of OofA comics are just quirky fun of the kind we
love. Typical content rating: PG, in our opinion.
Reciprocal Links

Heroic Publishing has a surprisingly impressive line of
titles. If you like real superhero comic books from outside the DC
and Marvel Universes, you might check out some of these. With top
notch creators like Roy Thomas, they mean business. Anybody can
add a webcomic to Heroic's links page, but ours was one of the
first handful directly invited to do so, which is pretty
gratifying.
Future Friends?

This one has fun content. Characters and content are enjoyable.
We're especially fond of the creator's use of color on the site,
which might seem odd of us to say when you see black and white
comics there, but it's just such a vibrant looking site that we go
in ready to have fun. We hope to get to know this creator soon.
