Visit the Valley of the Dollhouse
By Superherologist - March 8, 2009
We’ve given up on Dollhouse. The show’s makers had said people needed to give it three weeks, and we did. The third episode was the weakest of those three by far. We skipped the drudgery of number four.
In their strip, The Crooked Gremlins, Carter Fort and Paul Lucci illustrate what it would have taken for a previous Joss Whedon masterpiece to have been duller than Dollhouse.
Conceivably they could turn the show into something better, but for now, while while we’re given no consistent character to invest ourselves in emotionally, we’ll let other viewers plod through it. If it survives and gold somehow gets mined from this dross, we’ll catch up with it later.
Biiiiiig if.

P.S. Thanks, Carter.
